About Arthur

I am a senior engineering executive and Director of Engineering at NVIDIA. This site mentions NVIDIA only as professional context; it is a personal family site and does not represent or imply endorsement by my employer.

My work and interests sit at the intersection of semiconductor engineering, SoC execution, AI-era infrastructure, developer systems, innovation, and leadership. I have spent my career working across hardware, software, firmware, validation, architecture, and technical program execution. I also have an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, executive education in management and leadership from MIT Sloan, and electrical and computer engineering degrees from Northeastern University.

I like building the systems that help complex engineering organizations operate with more clarity. Earlier in my career, that meant designing and validating ASICs, building firmware, leading validation teams, and helping startup engineering organizations grow from small groups into larger R&D teams. Later, it meant leading microprocessor and SoC teams, coordinating work across sites, building innovation programs, and improving the tools and methods engineers use to deliver better products.

The through-line has been consistent: create clarity from complexity, build high-trust teams, improve the operating system around the engineering work, and help people do their best technical thinking. I care about execution, but I also care about the culture that makes execution sustainable.

Outside of work, I am interested in business strategy, investing, real estate, philanthropy, STEM education, and family legacy. The Handras Family Cloud reflects that broader lens. I want our public presence to be useful, truthful, organized, and durable: a place where our family can share what we are building, what we are learning, and what we hope to contribute.
